WHAT ARE THE TIMESCALES FOR RESTOCKING CONSUMABLES?

The request for a restock is executed automatically. The resupply alert is triggered when remaining toner reaches a threshold of 20%, and is sent to our support team so that you receive your consumables on time.

WHAT ARE THE TIMESCALES WHEN MAINTENANCE IS REQUESTED?

We respond by the next day. We perform maintenance between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. every day except Sundays and public holidays.

HOW CAN YOU VERIFY HOW MUCH MONEY HAS BEEN SAVED?

We are pleased to offer you a management portal with a user interface, so that you can follow and monitor your printer fleet consumption in real time.
